International product documentation can support initial business development. Before quotation, shipment or installation, the local importer and project authority must still confirm import controls, accepted standards and fire-safety approval.

02Written pre-classification first

Laos

The importer should obtain written confirmation of the HS classification and any shipment-by-shipment technical certification requirement before PEIEN commits to supply.

03Local approval route first

Vietnam · Cambodia · Brunei

Enquiries and partner discussions are welcome, but product availability is not confirmed until the local product-approval, certification or import-permit pathway has been established for the specific model and project.

All other destinations: Singapore, Malaysia, the EEA, the United Kingdom, the United States and markets not listed above are reviewed individually. No certification or distribution claim is implied by omission from this screening.

COMPLIANCE BOUNDARY

International certificates are evidence.
Not a universal market approval.

Every enquiry is checked against the exact model, configuration, destination, importer and project approval route.

Model-specific scope

FM, UL, VdS, CE and other documents apply only within the scope stated on the relevant certificate. CE marking alone is not a fire-performance approval.

Local requirements prevail

Import permits, compulsory certification, building codes, fire-service review and authority-having-jurisdiction acceptance may all apply separately.

Written confirmation before commitment

Formal quotation, shipment and installation support remain subject to territory authorisation and written destination-market confirmation.
