This notice applies when you contact PEIEN through mypeien.com, submit a mainland China or export project enquiry, or apply as a distributor.
Information we may receive
This may include your name, company, work email, telephone or WhatsApp, country, product interest, application, project stage, drawings and other information you choose to provide.
How information is used
We use it to respond, coordinate product and technical information, screen selection and compliance conditions, evaluate distributor applications, prepare a quotation and maintain appropriate project or security records.
Email and external services
Current enquiry forms create a pre-filled message in your email application; you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp, email and hosting providers may process communication or technical data under their own policies.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained for a reasonable period needed to process the enquiry, follow the project, meet contractual or legal obligations and resolve disputes. It may be shared with PEIEN, the manufacturer, technical partners, service providers or destination-market advisers only where needed for the relevant project or application.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of contact information you provided, subject to legal, contractual or legitimate project-record requirements.
